This is the reason that AIDL supports Rural Education.

AIDL has been providing education to under privileged poor children in one of the remote areas of North India in a Village called Pahuni which lies on the Indo-Nepal border. These are students (ages 5 to 13) that could not read or write. Students are now actively involved in learning the basics in Math, Reading and writing English and Hindi.
